LIVING LOUDER LESSONS POLICY & AGREEMENT
Semester 1: August to December | Semester 2: January to May | Summer
LOCATION CONSIDERATIONS
Living Louder Lessons (LLL) is located at the campus of Branch Christian Academy (BCA). LLL’s policy, stated below, operates within the framework of the rules and regulations set forth by the academy.
LESSON ARRANGEMENTS
Private classes are 30 minutes once weekly.
Group classes are 55 minutes once weekly.
Summer programs vary by year and are based on student interests and enrollment.
After school lessons are open depending on availability.
LLL follows the BCA school calendar; therefore, there is an average of three (3) lessons per month after breaks & holidays.

Students can register for:
          1st Semester (Aug–Dec)
          2nd Semester (Jan–May)
          School Year (Aug–May)
          Summer (ask about current options)
ABSENCES & MAKE–UP LESSONS
Living Louder Lessons plans absences into the schedule and pricing each school year. Students are ONLY charged for twelve (12) lessons per semester BUT receive a minimum of fifteen (15) lessons during this time. This is equal to three (3) FREE lessons each semester when no absences occur; therefore, LLL WILL NOT apply credit for any absences and make–up lessons are not necessary when absences occur.
DISCIPLINARY CONSIDERATIONS
Students may be suspended for up to two (2) weeks, at the teacher’s discretion, for behavioral issues.
Such action will require consultation with student, parent, and teacher.
If suspension is found to be a necessary course of action, lessons missed during this time WILL NOT be made up NOR refunded.
SAFETY & LIABILITY
LLL & BCA have a strict policy that no student is ever to be alone with any teacher and that no students should ever be left alone on campus without adult supervision. During normal school hours, multiple teachers are on campus and classrooms are ALWAYS unlocked and closely monitored. Doors are left ajar when the noise levels of other classes permit. Classroom doors have windows allowing others to observe inside when doors must be closed.
SMILE, YOU ARE ON CAMERA!
The campus is under video surveillance 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Cameras are positioned throughout both buildings to cover all hallways, entrances and exits.
DURING NORMAL OPERATING HOURS (Mon–Thu 8:15–2:00), LLL students may be dropped off on campus, but they MUST be picked up after their lessons ON TIME.
BEGINNING AT 2:30, all LLL private students MUST be accompanied by a parent/guardian on campus.
BEGINNING AT 2:00, all LLL group classes MUST have, at least, one parent or guardian volunteer to remain on campus for the duration of the class. Volunteers can rotate so the same person is not responsible to stay each time.
WAITING ROOMS
There are multiple waiting areas within earshot of the LLL classroom. ALL parents, adults and other children should wait in one of these areas during lessons. Those waiting may sit anywhere not occupied by other teachers or classes. Please be considerate of other classes that may be in session on campus. Please DO NOT use any supplies you find in the waiting areas since they belong to those classrooms.
